What’s the message that we read out of this? Namely, that if we think about it we see in operation here a truly smart transportation system. All those skilled people with best possible field of vision and plenty of experience in sorting out their own problems millisecond by millisecond. Kind of makes me wonder how anyone could do as well with that with ICT.
Cities are not smart. People are smart (if you only let them).
